herewith I would like to inform you about the CMC decision for the dates 
of the CCSDS Technical Meeting Spring 2017, to be hosted by the Southwest 
Research Institute, San Antonio, Texas, USA

Technical Meeting               8th May 2017 - 12th May 2017
CESG Meeting                    15th May 2017

You will find attached all constraints considered during March / April / 
May 2017

i.e.

Mid March is too early for meetings

Fiesta in San Antonio
NAB Meeting
Japan Golden Week
European Holidays
Space Ops 2018 grand meeting




The SwRI representative (Mike Epperly) was present at the CMC meeting and 
gave the attached presentation.
