[Cesg-all] URGENT: CCSDS Projects behind schedule & new Start Date in CWE Resource Matrix

Dear all,

As of today there are 42 Projects "behind schedule". Please adapt the 
schedule such that they are put again on track.

and do not forget to verify (update, add) the new start date in the CWE 
Resource Matrix.

If your Project has an start date in the past, and it has not started yet, 
please adjust accordingly.
