That is the last update after the good recommendations from Kevin

In Human Space flight, voice is considered "mission critical" for the communications with the astronauts, to the spacecrafts and control centers. In case of problems, voice in more important than video and TM since a crew member can describe events and actions. With the raising costs of spaces missions, international cooperation is the only way to afford present and future missions. Taikonauts, cosmonauts and astronauts of the different space agencies use different voices systems; we need to make all of them interoperable to each other's.
