The following CMC action has been implemented.  Please try to follow the same guidance with regards to Project Resources going forward.

In the Project Resources Framework, the Secretariat was instructed to remove from the Monitor column any agency that is already in the Contributing column, book editor, prototype 1, or prototype 2; also remove any agency from the Contributing column if that agency is already identified as the book editor, prototype 1, or prototype 2. In addition, the Monitor column heading will be re-labeled as Monitor Only. When this is completed, the Secretariat will send a message to CESG-ALL to inform the Working Group chairs (with alerts disabled).
