Dear all,

Please be aware that foreign visitors had to be off-site by 1830, when 
SwRI close the gates., and we also need to leave via the East Gate. 

SwRI is wide open from 6:30 to 18:30, but outside of those hours SwRI 
security clamps down on all visitors requiring an ID and a SwRI employee 
has to let us off campus. 

Therefore, we recommend 

Normal meeting time:                    08:45 - 17:30 hrs
Extended afternoon time, at the latest by       18:00 hrs.
Extended morning time                   Either 07:00 or 07:30 or 08:00 hrs
