Results of CESG poll beginning 10 May 2013 and ending 24 May 2013:

  Approve Unconditionally:  4 (80%) (Shames, Peccia, Barkley, Scott)
  Approve with Conditions:  0 (0%)
  Disapprove with Comment:  0 (0%)

CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:

      Erik Barkley (Approve Unconditionally):  No conditions just 
some comments:
1) A very good recommendation
2) XML Schema should (eventually) be changed to use qualified element 
default form
3) The policy for SANA registration governance may not be the best 
long term policy as it requires approval of a WG chair -- it may just 
be an issue of organization, but perhaps this should be some 
navigation expertise associated with the SANA steering committee (it 
may in fact be the same person but its a different logical role more 
suited to supporting on going CCSDS operations vs recommendation development)
4) INTERNATIONAL_DESIGNATOR seems like a candidate for SANA 
consideration -- especially so if it relates to well know agency 
spacecraft.  This may be something that could be further considered 
during the 3 year review. General concern is to limit proliferation 
of namespaces for key items such as spacecraft identifiers, etc.
