[Cesg-all] Baselining of the CCSDS Projects in the Management Framework

CESG-All,

The CMC is currently conducting a  one time poll, which is a review/baseline of the resource allocations in each open CCSDS Project.  From now until April 8th, you will not be able to "Edit" any data (it is Frozen) that is in the "Resource" section of your projects.  On April 9th, the resources fields will be made accessible for editing.
