[Cesg-all] Missing Project Resources

Just for the record, I have tried with a couple of the Nav WG books to update the resources, however, it seems to me that the ability to edit these fields is no longer available.  It's possible that I have just forgotten how to do it, but I don't know...  I have copied CCSDS Tech Support for their guidance.

identifying missing resources in BBs, GBs, MBs, Proto 1, Proto 2, Contribute to, Monitor.

As WG chair you need to check with your different Agency  members
