Section 2.1: should "upper-compatible" be "backward-compatible"?

Section 2.3: I think the section title would read 
better as "Layered Architecture" -- same for the label for figure 2-3

Section 3.3.3: The Encapsulation service provides 
an additional benefit beyond allowing transfer of 
packets that do not have authorized PVNs -- with 
the Encapsulation Packet it allows for 
encapsulation of data units up to 4,294,967,291 octets.
