[Cesg-all] WG Chairs: planning for breaks in Damtstadt

WG chairs: please note that in order to pack as much as possible time for technical work into a 4-day meeting, fixed coffee and lunch breaks are being planned and they will be set up in central locations in the Darmstadtium.

Accordingly, please plan on the following strict schedule for conducting your meetings

Meeting          08:45 - 10:30
Coffee break   10:30 - 10:50
Meeting          10:50 - 12:30
Lunch Break    12:30 - 13:30
Meeting          13:30 - 15:30
Coffee Break   15:30 - 15:50
Meeting          15:50 - 18:00
