Results of CMC poll beginning 28 November 2012 and ending 7 December 2012:

      CNES:  My notes say that several old actions were closed at the 
mid term telco: 2010.11.02 ; 2010.11.05 ; 2012.04.02 ; 2012.04.03 ; 
2012.04.06 ; 2012.04.08 ; 2012.04.11. Should this be reflected in the 
minutes with minimal explanations. Also, I was with the impression 
that new actions were opened but the minutes do not evidence them : 
e.g. = actions to secretariat in responses to 2010.11.12 and 
2011.05.12, or to CESG in response to 2012.04.09. Should new actions 
be pointed ou in the minutes as is the case for face to face meetings 
? NB: the link to open actions in the minutes doesn't work for me.
      DLR:  in case of AIs DLRs position is the same as the CNES 
position. New AIs should be listed in the minutes or in the AI list.
For DLR the link to the AIs works but it should be pointed out where 
they are located on the CWE (not only inside the link itself)
      ESA:  This is just a request for clarification not a condition 
for approval.
Regarding the point on Resources, the MoM state that the CMC polls 
will cover the WG charter as a whole. I assume that the projects will 
also be approved by the CMC at a later point in time. Please confirm.
