[Cesg-all] CMC action to CESG - Resources

Dear all,

The CMC will be reviewing action items at the CMC meeting at KSC, 
including this one: 
 

CMC-A-2012-04-09 
The CESG will submit to the WG chairs the information on the Framework 
Resources View tool, with instructions to begin using it for normal 
operations. The WG Chairs shall populate all of the participation data for 
existing projects, and will populate the resources estimates fields with 
quantified (FTE or MM) figures when proposing new work. 
 
Action: CESG 
Due Date: Fall 2012 CMC meeting 
Status: Open 
 
The first part is complete?   The information was distributed to the WG 
chairs, with instructions. 
 
The work of the WG chairs is to populate the existing projects with 
resources info (basically, only indicating which agencies are providing 
Book Editor, prototypes, contributing and monitoring). 

Checking the Resources matrix, it can be seen that many are not yet 
complete. 

i.e. 

DAI, SM&C, CSTS, CS-SCA, ASS, Wireless, RFM, Code/Sync, MHDC, SDLS, AMS, 
and DTN WGs

Please can you do it ASAP? 

It is needed for the CMC meeting (10th Dec - 12th Dec 2012) , when the CMC 
will review that page and look for issues in our ongoing projects? such as 
projects with inadequate agency support to complete their tasks.
