CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:

      Peter Shames (Approve 
Unconditionally):  The WG and Prof. Joan 
Serra-Sagristà, Ian Blanes of the Universitat 
Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) are to be commended 
for implementing compressor and decompressor  and 
making them available for reference.

The Test Report Yellow Book is good, but not yet 
complete.  It should list the actual tests performed.

The final Blue Book needs a PICS Pro Forma.  This 
can go out for review as it is, but this should 
be fixed before the BB is final.
