Results of CESG poll beginning 30 September 2011 and ending 14 October 2011:

  Approve with Conditions:  2 (40%) (Shames, Scott)

CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:

      Peter Shames (Approve with 
Conditions):  There is a lot of good work in this 
document and it may well be useful as a pair of 
abstract service specifications, i.e. file store 
and packet store.  The text tangles these two 
together in ways that are confusing.  if they are 
to be left in the one document they should 
uniformly be in separate sections or subsections 
since they are uniformly different in nature and features.

There are a number of other issues of 
significance marked in the attached PDF file.  A 
few are just editorial but most will require some 
re-work in order to make the document really clear and useful.

   o  Service specifications provide 
specification of common services / capabilities, not interoperability
   o  Need 'DUMP' services?  (application function)?
   o  Network file and packet services -- 
specification or requirement of service provided by underlying layers?

have a .txt extension or not - my apologies.
