CONDITIONS/COMMENTS:

      Peter Shames (Approve with 
Conditions):  The intro states that the document 
is "
 to provide a common reference and framework 
for development of quality standards for digital 
video and motion imagery and to provide a 
foundation for future recommendations 
" ,  In 
reality the first 2/3 of the document are a 
description of existing ISS installations and the 
whole document is focused upon human 
spaceflight.  The document will clearly be of 
significant use to that community, but it should 
be completely up front about stating that that is 
its focus and domain of applicability.
