Results of CMC poll beginning 2 November 2010 and ending 22 November 2010:

                 ADOPT:  9 (90%) (ASI, CSA, DLR, ESA, FSA, INPE, 
JAXA, NASA, UKSA)
   ADOPT PROVISIONALLY:  1 (10%) (CNES)
                REJECT:  0 (0%)
  REJECT WITH COMMENTS:  0 (0%)

      CNES:  1) This includes the authorization to forward the blue book to ISO
2) Some typos to be fixed in the Blue Book:
- Annex C : definition of leap second seems to be a copy & paste of 
the definition of TAI (given just before)
- the terms CCIR and BIH, found a bit everywhere in the document, 
should be replaced by ITU and BIPM, as appropriate.
3) Some improvements suggested for the Yellow Book:
- for the leap seconds, it should be indicated that a convertion 
table is required between CUC and UTC, as the CUC cannot reflect them
- for the tests, the document could be improved by indicating what is 
in input and what are the expected and the obtained results.
      DLR:  this includes the authorization to forward the blue book to ISO
