Jean-Luc - those were just numbers for my reference to keep the different meeting rooms in the hotel straight.  You will be getting actual room assignments shortly.  I'll be able to give you specific room capacity for each meeting once the final room assignments are made.

Dear Erin,
The schedule for SLS looks fine but we have questions regarding the numbers in the first column:
- room number? In what case, several groups would share the same room
- room capacity? Fine with numbers 10 and 20 but what about 125.1?

Can you clarify this for us?
