Nestor: while it is clear that the working group enjoys a certain catharsis by railing at perceived injustice, could we please focus on just getting a set of clear, non-pugnacious, unemotional technical responses to the specific recommendations that were contained in the 9th. August message entitled "CESG recommendations concerning Mission Operations Services Concept, draft Green Book". These recommendations are appended again below.



Achieving closure on these specific technical issues at our 14 October teleconference would seem to be a more productive way-forward than a continued, convoluted barrage of "open letters".
