Wow, great news!

Don't quite know how we would do so, but I need to think about how we 
identify other usages (like OAIS) that are not strictly just connected 
to missions.

I do know that a Google search for OAIS Implementations now returns over 
3 million hits.  Certainly those are not all distinct implementations, 
but obviously OAIS is seeing very widespread use.

Also our meeting with the delegation from a Chinese company went very 
well.  Their claim was that OAIS was not well known in China before now, 
but now that they are using and promoting it,  that it is becoming more 
well known there.  So it will be great to have
another potential 1 billion users.
