The CCSDS Management Council (CMC) has today established a firm
requirement that ALL Working Group chairs must have their Projects
entered into the on-line CCSDS system and approved by the CMC prior
to the second Inter-Operability Plenary (IOP-2) meeting in December.

To accomplish this,
1. Go to your Working Group's CWE page
2. Click "Framework" on left-hand navigation list
3. Choose "To add a Project to a Charter Click Here"
4. Enter project title, choose associated charter from drop-down,
choose document type (color)
from drop-down, enter description, and participating agencies
5. Enter completion dates for the indicated milestones and any
comments to aid understanding
6. For milestones completed in the past, please indicate your best
guess, these dates do not need
to be exact but need to be entered in order for the software to
function correctly

This will normally only take a few minutes for each project.

ALL PROJECTS MUST BE ENTERED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON FRIDAY, 21 NOVEMBER.

FYI, the CMC has also approved the proposal from NASA to host the
Spring 2009 meeting from 20 through 25 April 2009 (6 days
of meetings, including Saturday) in Colorado Springs, USA

Best regards
