[Cesg-all] CCSDS - Mission and Communication Profiles

Attached please find the draft Mission and Communication Profiles White Book.

This book attempts to identify all those profiles that are not specifically
covered with the existing CCSDS blue books suite. The objective of the
document is to identify which profiles could be covered with existing
standards and in what domain new developments are needed.

The document is a frame and needs to be filled-up. It covers mostly those ISO
layers that are under the responsibility of SLS and I will leave it up to the
other ADs/DADs to decide whether it would be worth incorporating also higher
layers.

Given that the exploration programme is a moving target, this document is
bound to evolve and could be used as a reference document..

The document has already undergone a preliminary review within SLS and inputs
have been incorporated. It will be further discussed within SLS at the
Washington meeting but could be also extended to other interested areas.
