[Cesg-all] CCSDS Plenary starts at 09:00, *not* 08:00

Folks: there is an error on the web schedule. REGISTRATION starts at 
8AM and you are urged to be there early as over 150 people need to 
get registered in that hour.

The CCSDS-wide Opening Plenary starts at 9:00AM. There will be a 
short coffee break after that (to reconfigure the room) and the Area 
Plenaries will start about 10:20.
