[Cesg-all] Logistics for meeting
room allocation
Dear AD and WG Chairs
I need some help from you to do the logistics for the meeting room
allocation.
Our staff, when registering, have expressed their wish to participate in
several meetings. Some of them will be held at the same date and time but in
different places. Some examples are as follows:
SEA Area
System Architecture and Info Architecture WGs (Tuesday 2bd Oct am)
MOIMS Area
DAI and IPR WGs (Tue 2nd Oct pm, Wed 3rd Oct pm, Thu 4th oct pm, Fri 5th oct
am)
SLS Area
RFM / RNG, Space Link Protocols and High Rate Uplink WGs (Mon pm, Tue am /
pm, Thursday am / pm, Fri am)
How can you help ?
1. The granularity in the schedule is half a day. Please indicate if the
meetings are really in parallel, or some of them can be done serially..
2. Let us know who should be where. The same staff in 3 meetings running in
parallel is no help.
3. For joint meeting between panels, let me know which Area is hosting the
venue (such that there is no need for an extra meeting room).
ciao
nestor
