[Cesg-all] Info about some Agency staff registered at the hotels for the CCSDS Meeting in Germany

Dear all,

There are a number of Agency staff registered at the hotels, but not
registered at the CCSDS CWE. In addition they seem not to be in the Area / WG
mailing lists.

I would appreciate your help. The staff are as follows:

Ngo Phong (NASA)
Richard Barton (NASA)
Pat Fink (??)
Karen Richon (??)
Whi Huang (??)
Andre Freyssinet (Scal Agent)

Do you know he / she ?
Do you know in which WG / Area he / she is participating ?
Do you know if he / she is really attending the meeting ?
