[Cesg-all] REMINDER: meeting attendance metrics

Folks: as a reminder, the CCSDS Management Council requires reporting of 
"meeting metrics" in the form of an attendance count (names and 
organizational affiliations) of the people who actually participated in the 
various technical meetings in Colorado Springs.

The Secretariat will supply each Area/WG/BOF chairman with sign-up sheets. 
Could each of you please compile the information as to how many people 
actually attended your meeting and e-mail it to your Area Director 
immediately after the close of activities?

Area Directors: please make sure that this demographic information is 
prominently summarized in your Area reports to the CMC on 24 January.
