[Cesg-all] CCSDS Meeting registration has closed

In view of the very large number of people (almost 170) who have already 
registered for next week's CCSDS meeting in Colorado Springs, we have 
reached the capacity of the facility.

Registration is now closed to new attendees. If this causes any hardship, 
case-by-case additions may be made.
