[Cesg-all] IMPORTANT: hands-on CWE training in Colorado Springs

Area Directors, Deputies and Working Group Chairs:

Brian Oliver will be available in Colorado Springs on Wednesday, Thursday 
and Friday of the main meeting week (i.e., 17-18-19 January) to conduct 
brief (20 minute) individual hands-on training classes on the use of the 
CCSDS Collaborative Work Environment (CWE). The CWE is in the process of 
being upgraded and harmonized across all Areas and it is intended that it 
should become the common platform for all future CCSDS work.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that each Area Director, Deputy Area Director 
and Working Group Chair should attend one of these training sessions during 
the week. This is a great opportunity to learn how to organize your 
documents and meeting materials and also to get to know Brian so that you 
can work with him freely in the future to customize your web areas.
