[Cesg-all] "Mid-term" meetings

Area Directors and Working Group Chairs:

As you know, the next "big" CCSDS meeting series occurs near Darmstadt 
during the first week in October. That will be over 8-months after the last 
(January) meeting in Colorado Springs.

Please consider if you need intermediate, small meetings in order to make 
progress. If so, feel free to look for suitable meeting opportunities. 
Sometimes you find that a critical mass of people can assemble around other 
conferences or workshops. May and June would be ideal times.
