This mail is to inform you about the CMC resolutions to appoint Mr. Chris
Taylor of ESTEC as Deputy Area Director for SOIS and confirm the appointment
of Mr. Chris Taylor to replaces Mr. Chris Plummer as deputy chair of SOIS
Subnetwork WG.

On this occasion, I thank Chris Plummer for his efforts and dedication in
animating the SOIS area in the past years and knowing that he will still keep
and eye on our work and contribute when possible.
