Adrian,

Thanks for the MoM. I would like to note that there is a mistake in section
8.2.

The statement

"Nestor Peccia (Area Director, Mission Operations and Information Management
Systems) has approved the Terms of Reference on behalf of SC13. Mr. Schultz
asked that the SC14 plenary approve this Terms of Reference at the plenary
level."

should read

"Nestor Peccia (Area Director, Mission Operations and Information Management
Systems) has approved the Terms of Reference on behalf of MOIMS. Mr. Schultz
asked that the SC14 plenary approve this Terms of Reference at the plenary
level."

The TOR of the liaison shall be approved by our CCSDS CMC and not by me.


It would be great if you ask Mr. L. Schultz to update the MoM.
