[Cesg-all] "Parser" for AOS telemetry?

Folks: I have been approached by a guy in industry who has been given a 
sample of AOS-formatted telemetry data, which was produced by a simulator. 
He needs to extract the data fields from the CCSDS format for analysis to 
verify that the simulator created the CCSDS data correctly from input data.

The software that extracts the data is a parser and he is looking for one, 
otherwise he will have to build his own to extract the individual data 
elements from the CCSDS formatted data.

Does anyone have any pointers?
