The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

      CCSDS 503.0-R-2.  Tracking Data Message.
                        Red Book.  December 2006.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The Tracking Data Message (TDM) draft 
Recommended Standard specifies a standard message format for use in 
exchanging spacecraft tracking data between space agencies.  The 
current draft issue incorporates changes in response to RIDs received 
in the course of the initial review.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Review Coordinator 
is 2007-3-30.  Area Directors and WG/BOF Chairs may submit review 
comments directly to the CCSDS Review Coordinator.  More information 
is available at the Web site identified below.
