Note also that you are being asked to provide security details to ASI 
separately, otherwise you may be delayed when trying to get into the 
meetings. This can be done using a separate password-protected file: you 
should change the password (Tools - Options - Security - Password to Open) 
and notify ASI through another medium, or you can print and mail the form 
to them. The contact point at ASI is
