[Cesg-all] Atlanta meeting: Wednesday reception

It's my understanding that all CCSDS attendees have been generously invited 
by the OMG to attend their Reception on Wednesday 14 September from 1800 to 
2000 in the Capitol Center/North Ballroom, Level 1.  There will be no 
charge for this event.

Please avoid scheduling any evening meetings on Wednesday that would 
prevent your WG personnel from participating.
