Area Directors, Working Group Chairs, BOF chairs:

It is the responsibility of each of you to make sure that your mailing 
lists are up to date and in use, and that your activities and products are 
properly visible on your allocated place on the CCSDS.org website. It is 
not the job of the Secretariat to manage the content, it is yours.

TO MANAGE YOUR MAILING LISTS:

1. Go to the CCSDS home page, http://public.ccsds.org

2. In the right hand side box, click on the "Mailman" logo.

3. This brings you to the master set of mailing lists: 
http://mailman.ccsds.org/mailman/listinfo

4. Click on each list. As necessary, go to the bottom of the page and enter 
through the "Administrative Interface" link, then check, add or delete 
members using the "Membership Management" links. If you need the Admin 
password, contact the Secretariat.

TO MANAGE YOUR ON-LINE WORK AREAS:

1. Go to the CCSDS home page, http://public.ccsds.org

2. In the right hand side box, click on the CWE logo

3. This brings you to the portal overview of all of the current WGs and 
BOFs. (You will also find the link to the 
<http://public.ccsds.org/sites/cwe/Lists/Welcome/DispForm.aspx?ID=3>CWE 
Training Guide in the left hand column, if you need to learn how to add and 
delete information.)

4. Now, click on your WG or BOF box. That will bring you to your own CWE page.

    a. Check all of the descriptive information.
    b. Click through the "Public" pages: make sure that as many products as 
possible are is publicly visible.
    c. Click the "Sign In" button at top right and log into the CWE.
       (Contact the Secretariat if you have forgotten your login or need a 
new one.)
    d. Go through all of the Private buttons and make sure that everything 
is both
       up to date and also properly archived.
