The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on line for 
CCSDS Agency review:

      CCSDS 503.0-R-1.  Tracking Data Message.
                        Red Book.  November 2005.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  The Tracking Data Message (TDM) draft Recommended 
Standard specifies a standard message format for use in exchanging 
spacecraft tracking data between space Agencies.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Review Coordinator is 
2006-3-22.  Area Directors and WG/BOF Chairs may submit review comments 
directly to the CCSDS Review Coordinator.  More information is available at
