CCSDS Meeting Information
Thursday, April 7 through Friday, April 15, 2005 - Athens, Greece
Meeting Locations: All meetings will take place in the Athens Ledra
Marriott Hotel. You will receive a daily CCSDS Meeting Schedule with times
and meeting rooms when you check in on site and pick up your name
badge. On Thursday and Friday from 0800 to 1000, CCSDS Registration will
be located outside the Delos/Myconos Meeting Room on the 1st
Floor. Beginning Sunday from 1500 to 1800 and continuing Monday through
Thursday from 0730 to 1700 each day, CCSDS Registration will take place in
the Rhodos Foyer on the Mezzanine Level.
Name Badges: Please be sure to wear your name badge at all times during the
meeting week to insure access to all functions, including meetings, lunches
and receptions. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Refreshment Breaks: Morning Refreshments: 1000 to 1100 - Afternoon
Refreshments: 1430 to 1530
Refreshment breaks will be outside Delos/Myconos on Thursday, 4/7 and
Friday, 4/8 and in the Mediterranean Foyer on the Lobby Level Monday 4/11
through Friday 4/15.
Lunches: When you check in at the CCSDS Registration Desk, you will have
the option of purchasing lunch and reception coupons. The cost will be €28
or $36 per lunch. Each day the lunch buffet will include: variety of
salads, cold cuts, smoked fish, cheese, 3 main courses (meat-chicken-fish)
with their side dishes and variety of desserts. The main courses and the
side dishes are vary each day. It will be served each day from 1200-1300
in the Zephyros and Kona Kai Restaurants. If you select and pay for
lunches, be sure to pick up your coupons at the CCSDS Registration Desk
when you check in. (Lunch coupons cannot be obtained from the Hotel
Registration Desk; they must be picked up at the CCSDS Registration
Desk.) Lunch will not be provided on Saturday or Sunday.
Internet Access: CCSDS delegates are welcome to use the free OMG Internet
Café, which will be located in the Mediterranean/Aegean Foyer on the Lobby
Level beginning Monday, April 11th and continuing through Friday, April
15th. (Note that we provide the connection, not the laptop or work stations.)
The hotel also provides several additional options for Internet Service:
Guest rooms have wired high speed broadband access available for €23 per
day; Wireless access is available in the hotel lobby and adjacent lounge
area for €12.
Printing & Copying: Printers will be on tables adjacent to the OMG/CCSDS
Registration Desk in the Rhodos Foyer on the Mezzanine Level. Printers
will be available Monday through Thursday from 0730 to 1700, and Friday
morning from 0730 to 1030. For copying, please fill out the Photocopy
Request Form available at the OMG/CCSDS Registration Desk and submit it to
any of the registration staff.
Demonstration Area: CCSDS delegates are welcome to view the exhibits that
are part of the OMG Demonstration Area in the Mediterranean Foyer on the
Lobby Level on Tuesday from 1230 to 1730 and Wednesday from 1000 to 1600.
These will be adjacent to the AM & PM refreshment tables.
OMG/CCSDS Reception hosted by Kennedy Carter, Mentor Graphics & Adaptive
Wednesday from 1800 to 2000 - Mediterranean Ballroom on the Lobby Level
If you select this option when you check in, be sure that you receive your
Reception Coupon. Please be sure to fill out and submit the meeting evaluation form in order to be eligible for the OMG raffle at the reception. Additional forms will be available at the entrance to the reception.

speak with any OMG staff member.
