The attached winmail.dat documents are not readable. Several ESA reviewers
complained that they had no means to open them.

I asked Steve to send me the pink sheets for CCSDS 401 in pdf format but
never got any answer. As a consequence, pink sheets for CCSDS 401 could not
be reviewed.
The same is going to happen now with CCSDS 727.0-B-2 Pink Sheet now under
review.

We need to urgently review the procedure. It is not acceptable that reviewers
are being denied the chance to access the documents.

Hope this will be sorted out

Good Afternoon Mr. Gerner...

The following message was distributed on 9 September to the appropriate
players for Agency-wide review.  The .pdf file sent incorporated the pink
sheet pages for 2.4.10, 2.5.6, and the remainder of the 401 document.  The
page total in the file sent for review equals 44 pages.

As time was getting shorter even several weeks ago, a decision was made to
send the pink sheets directly out, rather than place them on the web site at
the review area.  The building of the online area for each document is
extremely tedious and time consuming, and our web resources were being
devoted 100% to getting the new meeting registration area and calendar ready
for business.

Comments to the pink sheets are supposed to be sent to the review
coordinators no later than 16 October 2004.

I hope this answers your questions, but of course please feel free to
contact me if you need additional clarification.

Per a Resolution accepted by the CMC at the spring 2004 meetings at St.
Hubert, Canada (CMC-S04-R9), the following attached Pink Sheets to CCSDS
401.0-B-14 are being made available for Formal Agency Review:

Document Description:  Numerous concise recommendations appear in the
notebook volume bearing the number 401.0-B. Each recommendation is dated,
and the most recent revision is shown in the table of contents. These
Recommendations are developed for conventional near-Earth and deep-space
missions having moderate communications requirements.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Review Coordinators is
2004-10-16.

Sorry for the confusion. In fact, I did receive that message but I could not
find the attachments and could not find the red recs on the CCSDS web site
either. I still cannot find them.

Can you help me find these recs?
