[Cesg-all] URGENT: NEED WORKING GROUP AND AREA AGENDAS

AREA DIRECTORS AND WORKING GROUP CHAIRS:

Please go to the Fall 2004 meeting part of the website at 
http://www.ccsds.org/meeting/2004fall/index.html. Then click on "View 
Master Calendar -  November  2004".

You will notice that the graphical calendar for the main meeting week of 
15-19 November is almost empty; one reason for that is that so far only 7 
Working Groups have submitted their agendas to the Secretariat.

Without an accurate on-line roadmap for the week, it is very difficult for 
people to see which meetings are going on in parallel and thus to schedule 
their time.

PLEASE, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, SUBMIT YOUR PRELIMINARY BOF, WG, JOINT MEETING 
AND AREA PLENARY AGENDAS TO THE CCSDS SECRETARIAT: Secretariat at ccsds.org
