Subject:  Announcement of Review Opportunity

Pink Sheets for the following Draft CCSDS Recommended Standard have been
placed on-line and are available for Formal Agency Review:

CCSDS 401.0-P-14.1.  Radio Frequency and Modulation Systems-Part 1: Earth
Stations and Spacecraft.  Pink Sheets

Document Description:  Numerous concise recommendations appear in the
notebook volume bearing the number 401.0-B. Each recommendation is dated,
and the most recent revision is shown in the table of contents. These
Recommendations are developed for conventional near-Earth and deep-space
missions having moderate communications requirements.

Due to difficulties transmitting files for a Pink Sheet review begun
originally begun on 9 September, the review period for this material has
been extended to 1 December 2004.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Review Coordinators is
2004-12-1.  More information is available at the Web site identified below.
