The following draft CCSDS Recommendation has been placed on line for CCSDS 
Agency review:

    CCSDS 202.1-P-2.1.  Telecommand Part 2.1--Command Operation Procedures.
                        Pink Sheets.  April 2003.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft update to the Command Operation 
Procedures Recommendation improves the description of the situation of the 
Sent_Queue when the Timer expires and removes a redundant "Accept" response 
from the FOP state table.  Additionally, some minor editorial corrections 
have been made.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Secretariat is 
2003-8-18.  Area Directors and WG/BOF Chairs may submit review comments 
directly to the CCSDS Review Coordinator.  More information is available at 
the Web sites identified below.
