[Ccsds-omg-liaison] Reston 4-week submission deadline approaching

Dear OMG member,

The 4-week submission deadline for the March 2022 Reston OMG SDO TC meeting is only one week out. Please see process deadlines below.
New RFPs or RFCs are subject to the 4 week deadline. RFI's to be scheduled for issuance are welcome as well.

Submissions scheduled for a vote to go to the Architecture Board and subsequent TC vote must be accompanied by a vote to vote<https://www.omg.org/cgi-bin/doc?omg/2005-07-01> letter (unless AB and TC vote will take place at the June meeting).
There are a lot of xTF reports due and, as history shows, many of those xTFs will get extended. If so, please let me know so I can add appropriate motions to extend to the DTC/PTC agendas.
Chairs please make sure you have motions to extend submission deadlines on your Task Force agendas. Don't forget to have motions to adjust all RFP deadlines in case a initial submission date gets extended.
