[Ccsds-omg-liaison] scheduled server maintenance

Dear OMG members.

Due to a scheduled server maintenance all OMG-hosted services, including web pages, issues tracking in Jira, wikis, and mailing lists, will be down for up to 1 hour on Saturday, November 20, 2021 starting at 9 A.M. EST.

We anticipate that the downtime should not be noticeable for most of you, and delivery of held lists mail will be resumed when the system is restored.
