the INCOSE revised submission to the  RFP is now available on the OMG 
document server as space/2020-08-01 at
https://www.omg.org/cgi-bin/doc?space/2020-08-01

The submission along with all related files has been linked to the 
RFP's work in progress page located at
https://www.omg.org/techprocess/meetings/schedule/CSRM_RFP.html


The submitters are requesting a vote to vote at the Space DTF 
meeting, the submission has therefore been added to the September AB 
and DTC agendas for review and adoption vote
