[Ccsds-omg-liaison] Space DTF agenda for Ottawa meeting Sep 24-28

The SDTF meeting will be on Tuesday Sep 25th only, due to other special events during the OMG meeting week.

We hope to publish the Cubesat System Reference Model (CSRM) RFP at the Ottawa meeting, if it passes the hurdles.  After dealing with current business in the morning, we will work on future RFP's Tuesday afternoon.  We will adjourn in time for the RTF/FTF chairs' training session hosted by the AB Tuesday evening.
