[Ccsds-omg-liaison] Reston 4-week submission deadline approaching

Dear OMG members,

February 19, 2018 marks the 4-week submission deadline of the Reston, 
VA TC meeting.

Draft RFPs, draft RFCs, and draft RFIs are subject to the 4-week 
deadline, as are vote to vote letters.

Please let me know if motions for deadline extensions of RTFs or FTFs 
should be added to the Reston TC agendas

Make sure to obtain document numbers for submissions, reports etc. early
