[Ccsds-omg-liaison] 4 week deadline looming + vacation notice

The 4-week submission deadline for the Ottawa TC meeting will pass 
August 27, 2018.

I will be on vacation the week prior to August 27 including the 
upcoming Friday. (August 17). I am planning on keeping email access 
to a minimum (hopefully)

In order to avoid any complications with your submissions please 
request your document numbers now
