[Ccsds-omg-liaison] LOI and voting list deadlines as of April 5, 2018

Dear OMG members.

please find below the current deadlines for LOI submissions and 
voting list registrations.

Please send/fax SIGNED Letters of Intent to my attention

If you want to get added to one or more of the open voting lists 
please email me directly.

All OMG members (Trial and Analyst members excluded) are entitled to 
vote on RFPs in ALL OMG Task Forces., with currently two exception: 
Retail and Workplace Benefits membership levels can only vote on 
processes issued in their respective Domain Task Forces.
Anybody, members and non-members alike, can submit a Letter of Intent 
to any current  RFP, but MUST upgrade to an appropriate membership 
level (Domain, Platform, or Contributing) by the initial submission deadline
A number of deadlines changed at the last OMG TC meeting, a number of 
voting list deadlines and LOI deadlines were extended or adjusted..
Please contact me if you want your company/organization added to any 
open voting list. Remember, that 99% of RFP-related votes take place 
at the TC meetings
