request to move the scheduling RFP discussion and vote to Thursday.

Rev 3

1. Moved Standardized Spacecraft Scheduling RFP discussion and vote from
Wednesday 1400 - 1530 to Thursday 1045 - 1200.

2. Moved New Business (RFI/RFP) discussion and writing assignments from
Thursday 1045 - 1200 to Wednesday 1400 - 1530
