[Ccsds-omg-liaison] Internet outages

Dear OMG members,

we have been experiencing technical issues with our ISP. As you may 
have noticed the OMG was off the grid for about an hour. There may be 
some minor interruptions of service within the next hour or so, but 
all in all the issues have been resolved.
